ABOUT ARTHUR LEIDER

Arthur S. (Art) Leider is the president and founder of Investors Arbitration Specialists LLC. Investors Arbitration Specialists was founded in 1993 in San Diego, California and later opened branch offices in New York City, New York and Los Angeles, CA.

Mr. Leider had a 20 year career in the securities industry including positions as Senior Vice President, branch office manage and sales director. Mr. Leider has also had experience as a compliance consultant for FINRA member firms.

Since 1993, Mr. Leider has represented the interest of investors in hundreds of FINRA Dispute Resolution arbitrations. During this period IAS has recovered millions of dollars for investors in disputes with the financial services industry.

Mr. Leider has lectured senior citizen groups, securities industry groups and fiduciary groups on issues involving investors rights, compliance and sales issues involving the securities industry and senior citizen financial abuse issues.

Mr. Leider’s educational experience includes a B.A. from The City College of New York, New York, N.Y.; M.B.A. program Pace University, New York, N.Y. and J.D. program Thomas Jefferson School of Law, San Diego, CA.
